Yoga in Tunbridge Wells
I offer a wide range of yoga classes, respecting the ancient traditions of yoga, combined with ever-changing research when it comes to fitness, health and wellbeing. My yoga classes can be found across Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, from Vinyasa Flow, to Ashtanga, Yin and Hatha.
Yoga can help build strength, flexibility, and a peace of mind. My classes are focussed on bringing a stillness to the mind, encouraging a focus of inner and outer healing through each class.

"Great flow class to stretch out at the end of the Working day. I rush in, relax and unwind then float out after an hour. Mica has a wonderfully, gentle teaching style. I look forward to this hour."
