I offer a wide range of yoga classes, respecting the ancient traditions of yoga, combined with ever-changing research when it comes to fitness, health and wellbeing.  My yoga classes can be found across Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, from Vinyasa Flow, to Ashtanga, Yin and Hatha yoga. 

Yoga can help build strength, flexibility, and a peace of mind. Classes are focussed on bringing a stillness to the mind, offering space for healing physically and mentally. With a particular interest in yoga for injuries and rehabilitation, as well as yoga for sports, my classes are spontaneous which offers the opportunity for them to be tailored to each individual student.
