Due to the coronavirus, the world as we know it has changed quite suddenly, and most of us are experiencing a complete change in our daily schedule. Take a moment to know that you are not alone in this, and I have completely adapted my working practices in order to support everyone at home.
I have taken all of my yoga classes online, as well as created a newsletter that includes tips, advice, yoga philosophy and free yoga videos.
Especially in the midst of a global pandemic, it can become hard to take care of yourself, let alone stay motivated for an entire yoga class. Live yoga classes are designed to give you some space to breath, move, and walk away feeling refreshed and confident. Being in a community space will help you to stay motivated, keep present, and connect with likeminded people.
