Therapeutic yoga refers to the application of techniques and practices to support people facing physical and mental health challenges. Each workshop is designed to support you physically and mentally, taking a different perspective which each workshop. A blend of breath-work, yoga, meditation, and crystal bowl sound healing, the Therapeutic Yoga Workshops are designed to work to resetting the balance within your body. This carefully curated experience provides a complete reset for both mind and body, creating a mini yoga retreat in the heart of your day.

Immerse yourself in breath-work, dynamic meditation, and yoga poses to release tension, promote flexibility, and enhance mental clarity. Working on a somatic level, we will create harmony and balance between your body and mind. Following the yoga segment, transition into a tranquil meditation to connect with your inner self, reduce stress, and promote inner peace.

The pinnacle of this therapeutic journey is a sound healing session with crystal bowls. Let the ethereal tones and vibrations create a harmonious symphony, working on a cellular level to promote healing, reduce anxiety, and restore balance to the entire system.

Terms & Conditions for Workshops It is the student's responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding participation in the yoga sessions offered by Mica both online and in person, and recognise that yoga requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous, and you should be fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. All physical postures instructed by the teacher are to be undertaken by you with sensible judgement, if something feels painful, don’t do it. Trust your inner guidance, and listen to your body.  Risk of injury within the context of yoga is minimal, but when you are moving your body, there is always a risk.   By participating in group yoga classes, you agree that you are physically able to practice yoga and that Yoga with Mica is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, accident or loss to personal possessions.    Bookings for classes should be made in advance in order to secure a place.    Bookings and payments are made online.  If you are unable to book online please contact mcutts@live.co.uk. Payment should be made in advance before you attend the class unless otherwise agreed with Yoga with Mica. Payment for classes are non-refundable unless in the case of an emergency, please contact Mica directly to discuss. If we need to cancel a class which you have paid for in advance we will refund you the full amount or offer a transfer. Payment concessions are always available for those with a genuine need, please contact Mica to discuss confidentially.
