Waiver of liability
Upon registering with us you will be required to waiver liability. It is mandatory to disclose any injuries or illnesses prior to taking a class with Yoga with Mica. By attending a class, you understand that the teacher will not be liable for any damage or injury resulting from your practice, nor any loss or damage to personal belongings. You understand that classes may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with the knowledge that there is a risk of accident, injury or death. You must not perform any posture to the extent of strain or pain. You recognise that it is your responsibility to notify the teacher of any illness or injury before the start of every class. You must inform the teacher immediately should you experience any pain or discomfort in class.
If you have provided your phone number we may use this to contact you if last minute changes to your booking have to be made for example if a teacher is ill, or the weather does not allow the class to run. In these circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
Yoga with Mica reserves the right to change or cancel yoga classes at any time, including teacher substitutions. We will endeavour to contact those affected as soon as possible.
