Private yoga classes are a rewarding experience for both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. With one to one attention, each private yoga class is tailored completely to you, your needs and your goals. Whether you have fitness and physical goals, or whether you need to relax and unwind, the time bespoke to you.
Yoga beginners can be introduced to all of the fundamentals of yoga, with particular attention to alignment that suits your body. A private yoga class for beginners can also include an introduction to meditation and the philosophy behind it. A one to one yoga class gives you the opportunity to ask questions, to move through postures and breath-work that are specific to you with a yoga teacher's complete undivided attention. Explore postures and go deeper than any public class, build confidence and transform your practice.
For intermediate or advanced practitioners, gain a new perspective to your yoga and prepare to feel spoilt as we move deeper in to the practice of yoga. Whether you want to be challenged, or to have an opportunity to completely decompress physically and mentally, I can provide a yoga lesson that suits your ability. Whether you want to discuss the philosophy of yoga, yoga outside of the mat, or move through asanas, breath-work, or meditation the time is yours.
Each private yoga lesson has the option of aromatherapy and music tailored to you. Weekly, monthly or one-off yoga sessions are available. Prices start from £30 for an hour. Based in Tunbridge Wells, I can travel to all surrounding areas.
