Weekly Yoga Classes


Mica's Yoga Classes suit all levels of ability, from yoga beginners to advanced practitioners, each class is designed to be accessible to all bodies and minds. Each yoga class pays attention to mindfulness, meditation and asanas (yoga poses), building a deeper body awareness, increasing flexibility, fitness, and strength. Learn to challenge yourself in a safe and nurturing environment that encourages personal and physical growth regardless of your goal. Mica is registered with the main governing body for the Yoga Industry 'Yoga Alliance', Mica is also outdoor and at work first-aid-trained, DBS checked, with an additional recognised qualification in 'Yoga for Injuries'.

Outdoor Yoga


In the very heart of acres and acres of woodland, social distancing is easy. Rest assured that your safety and health is priority. Reconnect with nature and give yourself the time to decompress and destress. Outdoor yoga just outside of Tunbridge Wells. 

Sundays at 6:00pm.



Sip tea in the garden after class and notice the beauty of the flowers at your feet. Yoga here is not about touching your toes, it’s about finding yourself. It’s your practice, your journey..
